Pease P-3 AI Flightplan Help Please

Myself and a friend, have the Pease P-3 AI flightplan. The flightplan.txt after decoding the P-3 Traffic File says:

AC#1,N5044,5%,1h,IFR,00:13:00,00:45:48,55,R,

7738,KPSM,00:13:00,00:45:48,55,R,2551,KBGR

It looks like the times at KPSM and KBGR are exactly the same. We can see the P-3 at KBGR get clearance, taxi instructions and taxi out to the runway. It sits there without moving for some time and then suddenly disappears. If we wait a little bit and use the Traffic Explorer we can see it enroute to KPSM. Is there a problem with the AI flightplan? The P-3 aircraft and flightplan are designed to work with my Pease AFB scenery package. Do you have that installed?

Hi Steve. Yes we both have the latest revision of the great Pease scenery. We have decided that the flightplan has one P-3 leaving Pease to Bangor at the same time that another P-3 is leaving Bangor for Pease. On two occasions the P-3 taxied out to the runway and never took off at Bangor and after a wait it disappeared. It does not occur every flight.

There are 3 of the A/C flightplans that have an "R" in them for some of the flightplan.txt which causes the planes to be identified as Boeing and a tail number rather than Air Force as they should be with an "F" in the flightplan. One most notable is the KC35E. Some of the planes are called Boeing and some called Air Force. I have revised the three flightplans so all planes are called by the service designation and not the manufacturer.
